Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after hours or on weekends begin processing the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on the option selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for updates to appear.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Reshipping fees apply to returned packages.

Route Shipping Protection (Optional)

At checkout, you may purchase Route Shipping Protection, which covers orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

If Route protection is purchased, claims must be filed directly through Route for replacement or reimbursement.

If Route protection is not selected, Peptide Papi is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped.

• Without Route Protection: Contact the shipping carrier directly

We cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier-related issues if shipping protection was not purchased.
