2. Acceptance of Responsibility & Risk

By purchasing from PeptidePapi, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws regarding the purchase, possession, storage, and use of research compounds.

• You assume full responsibility for proper handling, storage, and application of all products.

• PeptidePapi shall not be held liable for misuse, improper handling, or unlawful application of any product.

• Certificates of Analysis (COAs) may be made available for certain products and batches to support transparency and quality verification.

4. Orders, Payments & Disputes

• Payments must be completed using approved payment methods available at checkout.

• By completing a purchase, you agree to contact PeptidePapi directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

• Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of purchasing privileges and recovery of associated costs.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

• Orders are processed and shipped after payment confirmation.

• Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss, delay, or damage passes to the customer.

• Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with customs regulations, import restrictions, and duties within their jurisdiction.

• In the event of a lost, delayed, or seized shipment, PeptidePapi may, at its sole discretion, offer a one-time replacement or store credit. Such accommodations are not guaranteed.

6. Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of research materials:

• All sales are final once products leave our facility.

• Returns and refunds are not accepted.

• Exceptions may be considered only in cases of verified shipping damage or fulfillment errors, subject to review.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PeptidePapi, its owners, affiliates, employees, partners, and suppliers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Improper or unauthorized use of products

• Violation of applicable laws or regulations
